Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical Harnesses (4D)

TXM Recruit is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing activities for complex electrical harness and cable assemblies in a Bedfordshire-based aerospace/defence environment. The role covers NPI, process development and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality production.

You will collaborate with Design, Production and Quality teams to ensure manufacturability, compliance with AS9100 and IPC standards, and effective root cause resolution.
