Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and implement robust corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless product introduction and scale-up.
• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
