Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Lead projects focused on improving product quality, reducing costs, and increasing throughput.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, and quality assurance teams on new product introductions and process changes.
• Develop and maintain robust manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing , JIT, and other continuous improvement techniques.
• Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
