Senior Manufacturing Technician Lead (12.5h Shifts)

Procter & Gamble Company is recruiting for senior technician roles at the Manchester Plant (Trafford Park). The role involves leading maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast-moving FMCG manufacturing environment, coaching colleagues, and supporting safety and quality targets.

Initial assignment on day shift will develop issue resolution and maintenance planning skills, before progressing to a senior operating team on a shift.
