Senior Marketing & Campaigns Lead for EURO 2028

The FA is recruiting a Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager on a fixed-term contract to shape and deliver strategic marketing across England Football’s grassroots portfolio. A major focus is leading the UEFA EURO 2028 Community Programme to drive participation, inclusion and impact through purpose-led campaigns and activations.

You will lead a team of campaign specialists, ensuring insight-led, audience-focused and creative work that aligns with The FA’s strategic objectives.
