Senior MASH Social Worker: Safeguarding & Multi-Agency Lead

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Senior Social Worker to provide leadership within the MASH, supporting timely referrals, safeguarding risk assessments and multi-agency decision-making to protect children and young people.

You will lead high-risk Strategy Meetings, supervise Social Workers, liaise with Police and partners, and contribute to service development in a busy, office-based environment in Cardiff. Registration with Social Care Wales is required.
