About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Massage Therapist & Holistic Wellness Coach to join their well-established wellness centre in Manchester, Greater Manchester, UK . This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about restorative therapies and holistic health, combining expert massage techniques with personalized wellness coaching. You will be responsible for providing clients with a range of therapeutic massage treatments while also guiding them on their journey towards improved physical and mental well-being through tailored lifestyle advice. This is a client-facing role in a serene environment, focused on delivering exceptional care and fostering long-term client health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and aromatherapy massage.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their physical condition, needs, and wellness goals.
• Develop and implement personalized holistic wellness plans , incorporating exercise, nutrition, and stress management strategies.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and holistic practices for overall health and injury prevention.
• Maintain detailed client records and track progress towards their wellness objectives.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to offer integrated care solutions.

Requirements

• Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a practicing Massage Therapist .
• Certification or demonstrable experience in Holistic Wellness Coaching or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and client management skills.
• A genuine passion for promoting health and well-being through natural and therapeutic approaches.
