Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify needs and develop personalized massage and wellness programs.
• Provide holistic wellness coaching, offering advice on lifestyle, stress management, and self-care practices.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and client comfort in treatment rooms.
• Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in massage therapy and holistic wellness.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Massage Therapist.
• Certification or proven experience in Wellness Coaching is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in a wide range of massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
