About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and empathetic Senior Massage Therapist to join their well-established wellness centre in Reading . Key Responsibilities

• Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and remedial massage.
• Conduct client assessments to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide expert advice on self-care and post-treatment recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Ensure the treatment room is clean, comfortable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in massage therapy.

Requirements

• Professional qualifications in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT Level 3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a practicing Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
