Key Responsibilities

• Perform various types of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and aromatherapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their specific requirements and contraindications.
• Maintain detailed client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Uphold stringent hygiene and sanitation standards within the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Provide clients with advice on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate services for ongoing wellbeing.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior massage therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a qualified Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required by the spa's schedule.
