Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced massage techniques including deep tissue, sports massage, and Swedish massage, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, contraindications, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.
• Mentor and guide junior massage therapists, providing training on techniques and client care protocols.
• Contribute to service innovation by researching and proposing new treatment options and modalities.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in treatment rooms and clinic areas.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT Level 3 or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a professional spa or clinic setting.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and build a loyal customer base.
• Experience in a senior or supervisory role, demonstrating leadership potential.
