As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to demonstrate advanced techniques, provide exceptional customer care, and potentially guide junior therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and hot stone therapy, adapting techniques to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough client assessments prior to each session to identify specific areas of tension or concern.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide advice on self-care and stretching.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment space, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
• Manage client bookings efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Assist in developing new massage protocols and treatment offerings for the wellness centre.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in professional massage therapy.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a client-centred approach.
