About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and remedial massage.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide expert advice on posture, stretching, and exercises to support client recovery and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and client comfort within the treatment space.
• Collaborate with other health practitioners within the clinic to offer integrated care when appropriate.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, BTEC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical or spa setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits.
• Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
