Key Responsibilities

• Perform various types of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy.
• Assess clients' needs and health conditions to create effective and personalized massage treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed client records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide self-care recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism in treatment rooms.
• Assist in the training and development of junior massage therapists within the centre.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques and modalities.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client comfort and trust.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary wellness team.
