Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and aromatherapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, physical condition, and therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific concerns such as muscle tension, pain, and stress.
• Maintain detailed client records, including session notes, progress, and follow-up recommendations.
• Ensure the treatment room is impeccably clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the therapy team, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent certification in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a practicing Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
