Our client seeks a dedicated and skilled Senior Massage Therapist to join their well-regarded wellness center in Birmingham . This role is perfect for a therapist with extensive experience and a passion for delivering therapeutic and relaxation massage services. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide exceptional client care, contribute to service innovation, and potentially guide junior therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage modalities , including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massage.
• Conduct initial client assessments to understand their needs, health history, and any specific concerns.
• Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans to address client requirements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist .
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and ability to adapt treatments as needed.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client-focused environment.
