Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.
• Perform a wide range of massage modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and aromatherapy.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior massage therapists, sharing best practices and techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Massage Therapist .
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and therapeutic approaches.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills.
• Professional certification from a recognized massage therapy institution.
