About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Massage Therapist to join their well-regarded wellness centre in Reading . In this hybrid role, you will provide a diverse range of therapeutic massage treatments, contributing significantly to the recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being of clients. You will conduct thorough client assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and apply various massage techniques to address specific needs. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
• Conduct detailed client assessments to identify physical issues, pain points, and individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans to address client conditions and goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage and provide advice on self-care practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment progress and recommendations.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and relaxing environment for all clients.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT, BTEC).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong client consultation skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Ability to manage administrative duties remotely and maintain client confidentiality.
