About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Massage Therapist to join their award-winning spa in Bristol . You will be responsible for providing a range of therapeutic massage services, contributing to the overall well-being of clients. This role involves not only delivering exceptional treatments but also potentially mentoring junior therapists and contributing to the spa's reputation for excellence in the South West England region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone massage.
• Conduct client assessments to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Provide expert advice on muscle care, stretching, and posture to enhance client well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment according to spa standards.
• Keep accurate records of client sessions and treatment progress.

Requirements

• Fully qualified and certified Massage Therapist with recognized professional qualifications.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional spa or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain high professional standards.
