Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex mechanical systems for automated machinery and robotic applications using 3D CAD software.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, including stress, strain, and kinematics, to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate remotely with software engineers, controls engineers, and project managers to integrate mechanical designs with control systems and user interfaces.
• Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Oversee and guide the fabrication, assembly, and testing of automated systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology, robotics, and mechanical design best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong specialization in automation and robotics .
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and familiarity with automation components (e.g., actuators, sensors, grippers).
• Experience with motion control systems and robot kinematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
