Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of intricate mechanical systems for marine and subsea applications using advanced 3D CAD software .
• Conduct detailed structural, thermal, and fluid dynamic analyses to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Develop technical specifications and ensure designs comply with relevant maritime standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with naval architects, electrical engineers, and project managers in a remote setting .
• Manage design documentation, including drawings, bills of materials, and test procedures.
• Provide expert technical guidance and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in mechanical design, preferably within the marine or offshore industries.
• Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and FEA tools .
• Strong understanding of naval architecture principles, hydrodynamics, and materials science relevant to marine environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote work environment .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
