Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components from concept to production.
• Utilize advanced CAD software to create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough stress analysis , thermal management, and vibration testing simulations to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers, via virtual communication tools.
• Manage design documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering change orders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the remote team structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Expert proficiency in SolidWorks or a comparable high-end CAD package.
• Demonstrated experience with FEA and CFD analysis tools for design validation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills for remote work.
