Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development process for new and existing mechanical systems, from concept generation to final product release.
• Utilize advanced CAD software and FEA tools to create detailed designs, perform simulations, and conduct rigorous analysis.
• Collaborate seamlessly with remote cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and project management, via digital platforms.
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to address complex technical challenges and improve product performance.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the design team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in SolidWorks or similar advanced 3D CAD packages, and proficiency with FEA simulation software .
• Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills suitable for a remote team environment.
