Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of complex robotic systems, including manipulators, end-effectors, and mobile platforms.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and robust specifications using industry-leading software.
• Perform rigorous analysis, including structural, kinematic, and dynamic simulations, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with electrical, software, and control engineers to integrate mechanical designs into cohesive robotic solutions.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation, driving iterative improvements based on experimental results.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics and mechanical engineering, incorporating new technologies where appropriate.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on robotics or mechatronics.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical design, with significant experience in robotics or automation .
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks) and simulation tools for mechanical analysis.
• Strong understanding of mechatronics, control systems, and sensor integration.
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a distributed team environment.
