Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and sub-systems, ensuring adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings using advanced design software.
• Perform rigorous FEA (Finite Element Analysis ) and thermal simulations to validate designs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&D, and project management, to ensure seamless product integration and successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
• Document design processes, specifications, and testing procedures thoroughly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and stress analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a remote setting.
