Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced engineering calculations and simulations, including stress analysis, thermal management, and vibration analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, manufacturing engineers, and project managers.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a high-performance team environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
• Strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturing (DFM) principles.
