Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components, from concept to final product.
• Utilize advanced CAD software and simulation tools for design creation and analysis (e.g., FEA, CFD).
• Perform root cause analysis and develop solutions for design-related challenges.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and project management teams in a hybrid setting.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and BOMs.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and contribution to projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation packages.
• Strong knowledge of material properties, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a hybrid team structure.
