Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components, from conceptualization to final production release.

• Oversee and contribute to rigorous testing and validation protocols, ensuring designs meet all project requirements and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, providing technical leadership and fostering skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics, software, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical aspects.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, and project reports.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and development.
• Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and advanced simulation tools.
• Deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects.
