About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and detailed engineering of mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
• Perform advanced stress analysis , thermal analysis, and fluid dynamics simulations to validate designs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, electrical engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless product development and integration.
• Conduct design reviews, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative design improvements.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and GD&T principles.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and mentor engineering staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
