Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and products, from conceptualization to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and PDM/PLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of material selection, manufacturing processes, and DFM/DFA principles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects and mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
