You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle of advanced mechanical systems, from initial ideation through to detailed design and implementation, contributing to innovative solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative virtual environment where technical expertise and proactive communication are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative mechanical systems and products, utilizing state-of-the-art CAD software .
• Perform rigorous stress analysis , thermal modeling, and other simulations to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Develop and refine complex mechanical assemblies, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Create detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation packages for production.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and project management, in a remote setting.
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide technical guidance throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Extensive experience with 3D CAD modeling and FEA tools .
• Deep understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design efforts and mentor junior engineers.
