About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Utilize advanced CAD software and simulation tools to create detailed models and conduct rigorous analyses.
• Perform detailed calculations for stress, thermal, and vibration analysis to validate design performance.
• Develop comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&D, and project management, to ensure successful product launch.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Expertise in 3D CAD modeling and FEA software .
• Strong knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and strong communication skills.
