Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and develop advanced mechanical systems and components from concept to completion.
- Utilize advanced CAD software and simulation tools to create robust and efficient designs.
- Perform detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration assessments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and manufacturing engineers, to ensure successful product realization.
- Lead design reviews, providing expert technical feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence within the remote team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and development.
- Expertise in 3D CAD modeling (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA/CFD analysis .
- In-depth knowledge of materials selection, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of leading complex design projects to successful completion.
