Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and validation of mechanical components and systems , with a focus on automotive applications.
• Conduct rigorous Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to optimize designs for performance, durability, and thermal management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists, to ensure seamless product integration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, ensuring all designs meet stringent quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA/CFD analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of material science, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.
