Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop critical mechanical components and systems for automotive applications using advanced CAD tools .
• Perform detailed stress analysis , durability testing, and simulation to ensure component reliability and performance.
• Create precise engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with vehicle integration teams, powertrain engineers, and manufacturing specialists.
• Ensure designs meet stringent automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and regulatory requirements.
• Support prototype build, testing, and validation phases, driving towards production readiness.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on the automotive industry .
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Strong understanding of automotive components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with automotive safety standards and testing protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
