Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development efforts for new research and development projects.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative mechanical solutions to address complex technical challenges.

• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and prototype testing to validate design concepts.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a significant focus on R&D.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation).
• Strong understanding of fundamental mechanical engineering principles and applied physics.
• Experience with rapid prototyping techniques and experimental validation methods.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
