Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of novel mechanical concepts and designs.
• Conduct in-depth theoretical and experimental analysis to validate new technologies.
• Develop prototypes and test rigs for evaluating new designs and materials.
• Collaborate with external research partners and academic institutions.
• Document research findings, technical specifications, and patent disclosures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the R&D team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering R&D or product innovation.
• Proven expertise in areas such as advanced materials, robotics, or mechatronics.
• Strong proficiency with CAD and simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
• Experience in experimental design and data analysis.
• Excellent scientific and technical communication skills.
• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related scientific field.
