About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Mechanical Engineer with specialized expertise in simulation and analysis to join their remote engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced simulation and analysis (FEA, CFD, Thermal) on mechanical components and systems.
• Develop and validate complex simulation models using industry-leading software.
• Interpret simulation results and provide detailed technical recommendations to design and development teams.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical designers to implement design modifications based on analysis findings.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of simulation methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers in simulation techniques and the application of analysis tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a focus on simulation.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to advanced simulation and analysis.
• Expert proficiency with FEA software (e.g., ANSYS , Abaqus) and CFD tools.
• Strong theoretical understanding of solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.
• Proven ability to correlate simulation results with experimental data.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting complex technical information clearly in a remote setting.
