Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of load-bearing structures and complex mechanical mechanisms.
• Perform advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for static, dynamic, and modal analysis of structural components.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using advanced CAD software.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet performance requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on structural and mechanism design principles.
• Oversee the testing and validation of mechanical structures and mechanisms, documenting results and recommending improvements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Structures or Mechanics.
• 10+ years of professional experience in designing and analyzing complex mechanical structures and mechanisms.
• Expert proficiency in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) and 3D CAD tools.
• In-depth knowledge of material science, mechanics of materials, and fatigue analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering tasks and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices in structural design.
