• Create and manage comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, software, manufacturing) in a virtual setting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Troubleshoot design issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design, analysis, and product development.
• Proficiency with modern CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and **Design for Manufacturability (DFM)**.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
