Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough FEA and CFD analysis to validate designs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical aspects.
• Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings using industry-standard software.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation phases, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Strong understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
