Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems, adhering to project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough engineering analysis, including FEA and CFD simulations, to optimize design performance and reliability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and test reports.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, software, manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration and project success.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering professional development.
- Oversee prototyping and testing phases, ensuring all mechanical aspects meet rigorous quality and performance criteria.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) and FEA tools .
- In-depth knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Proven experience leading engineering projects and solving complex technical problems.
