About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct thorough stress analysis , thermal calculations, and performance simulations using industry-standard software.
- Oversee the manufacturing and testing phases, providing technical guidance to production and quality assurance teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and software developers, to integrate mechanical solutions seamlessly.
- Generate detailed technical documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and reports for project stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA tools.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
- Proven experience in leading engineering projects from concept to completion.
