About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components from concept to production.
• Conduct thorough engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations.
• Generate detailed technical documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure designs are optimized for production and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and DFM/DFA principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
