Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and products.
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, including stress analysis, thermal analysis, and material selection.
- Generate comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
- Work closely with manufacturing and assembly teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical prototypes and production units.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on projects.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team on-site.
