They have a leading track record in all the major sectors and have won a number of awards in recent years for their project successes, designs and for the consultancy as a whole.They are looking to bring in an enthusiastic, organised and proactive professional to the team to lead and manage projects, ensure quality standards are maintained, mentor junior members of the team alongside assisting with the day-to-day management of the MEP team. You would ideally have previous experience working within a design consultancy, a relevant Engineering or Building Services degree and be working towards memberships with the relevant industry body. In return you can expect to receive a competitive salary plus package, continuous investment into training and development, various employee benefits like mental health and wellbeing support alongside flexible working arrangements.
