Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet stringent performance and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough FEA and CFD simulations to validate designs and optimize performance under various operating conditions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping through to manufacturing and final implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing and production teams to ensure seamless transition from design to mass production, addressing any engineering challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for project stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and simulation tools (FEA/CFD).
- Strong understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Proven experience in project management and leading engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
