Senior Mechanical Project Engineer

About the Role

This role is key to managing the end-to-end delivery of complex mechanical engineering projects, from initial concept and design through to installation and commissioning. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mechanical engineering projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Oversee the design, development, and procurement of mechanical systems and components.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, assembly, and testing teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with significant project management responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale mechanical projects within industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and CAD tools .
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
