Senior Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services

Cleveland Eton is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery of mechanical building services projects across East Anglia and surrounding regions. You will oversee design coordination, procurement, and site management to ensure on-time, on-budget handover.

The role requires strong knowledge of ventilation, LTHW, chillers, BMS, and regulatory compliance, plus excellent stakeholder engagement with clients, contractors and consultants.
