Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with media contacts to secure favorable press coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
• Develop and manage targeted media lists relevant to specific campaigns and company news.
• Draft and refine press materials, including pitches, backgrounders, and executive talking points.
• Monitor industry news and media trends, advising on potential opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align PR activities with broader marketing and business goals.
• Support the PR team in event planning and execution for virtual and, when appropriate, in-person engagements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in media relations , preferably in a PR agency or in-house communications department.
• A strong existing network of contacts within national and international media.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex PR projects and respond effectively to news cycles.
• Proficiency in using PR software and social media monitoring tools for a remote operation .
